COMMERCIAL

Commercial is quite different from residential. These projects are usually staged weeks in advance and take much planning. Our area of focus has been NC, VA, and SC. We will discuss any reasonable project within these ond other areas.

QUALITY

Usually all masonry surfaces including stucco need to be sealed with a coating such as LUXON from SW. Also an elasticomeric caulking must be used.

RELIABLE

We are an on time and on budget company. We wont take the job if we arent up to it or not ready for a specific challange.

WARRANTY

All our work is warranted.All painting and repairs are warranted for 5 years. We do have service programs that will help keep your building clean and looking good year round.
